   The ban passed in TN too. Looks to go into effect on the first of Oct. I guess we have this to look forward to as well.

   As far as I know, there’s been no bar or restaurant closings here in northeastern Massachusetts as a result of smoking legislation, and there’s been no smoking allowed anywhere in the state in any buildings open to the public for at least 3 or 4 years now. New Hampshire has been following suit, town by town.

   On the other hand, sidewalk patios and outdoor tents have sprung up all over the place.
