I find it absolutely beyond comprehension that dictator and mass murderer Saddam Hussein is permitted to smoke cigars while in US captivity, yet private property owners in Centerville, Ohio (a suburb of Dayton), are unable to decide whether smoking should be allowed in their own businesses. The city of Dayton is also considering a similar ordinance.

He’s actually being held in Iraq, awaiting trial. I read a blurb the other day that his trial is expected to be over by the end of the year.

as a Centerville resident I find this to also be ridiculous.. This decision should be in the hands of the business owner whose business it will affect.
